#### 1. Start by opening Settings in the main menu to manage important configurations.

#### 2. Navigate to the Authentication & Security tab to find advanced security and feedback options.

#### 4. Toggle the Enable 360° Peer Feedback switch to empower peer evaluation across your organization.

#### 5. Click Save Security Settings to make your changes to peer feedback active.

#### 6. Go to the 360° Feedback section to manage and monitor ongoing peer review activities.
