How to Create Feedback

  1. Navigate to the Feedback section in your dashboard.

  2. Click “Give Feedback”.

  3. Choose the recipient and select the feedback type (Peer, Manager, Self, etc.).

  4. Optionally tag relevant Impact Fields.

  5. Enter your raw thoughts or notes — short or long.

Using AI to Write Feedback

  1. After entering your initial input, click “Generate with Evalbot”.

  2. Evalbot will:

    • Rewrite your input into professional, constructive language.

    • Optimize tone and remove potential bias.

    • Align the message with your company’s values and goals.

  3. You can edit or regenerate until satisfied.

  4. Submit the feedback, which will be saved and accessible to the recipient (and manager if permissions allow).

Requesting Feedback

  1. Go to Feedback > Request Feedback.

  2. Select the person or team you want feedback from.

  3. Define what it’s about (project, behavior, skill, etc.).

  4. Optionally prefill context or let Evalbot suggest wording.

  5. Send — the recipient will be notified and guided through structured input.

Analyzing Feedback

  • Use the Feedback Insights Dashboard to:

    • View sentiment trends using AI-powered tone analysis.

    • See feedback volume by department, person, or impact field.

    • Detect emerging themes and strengths using keyword clusters.

    • Monitor engagement levels over time (who gives/receives feedback).

  • Managers and HR can filter feedback by team, project, or time period to identify coaching opportunities and performance risks.
