## [Create and Share a Spotlight Post Highlighting Team Achievements](https://app.arcade.software/share/KjhTKW3fDX4uVyQbHhVy)

#### 1. Select the Spotlight section from the navigation menu to highlight team achievements.

#### 2. Click the Create Post button to begin composing a new spotlight post.

#### 3. Use the left arrow to view the previous image in the post's image carousel.

#### 4. Add a descriptive or catchy title to your new post for better visibility.

#### 8. Begin typing your message to highlight accomplishments or recognitions.

#### 12. Browse through images in the post using the next arrow to view more highlights.
