How to Create and Share a Spotlight Post Highlighting Team Achievements
1. Select the Spotlight section from the navigation menu to highlight team achievements.

2. Click the Create Post button to begin composing a new spotlight post.

3. Use the left arrow to view the previous image in the post's image carousel.

4. Add a descriptive or catchy title to your new post for better visibility.

6. Click in the content area to write details or context about the team's achievement.

7. Edit or enter the post title to summarize the spotlight achievement.

8. Begin typing your message to highlight accomplishments or recognitions.

9. Attach another image to visually enrich your spotlight post.

10. Click Apply to use the AI-generated suggestion and enhance your post's message.

11. Click Post to publish your spotlight post and share the team's achievement.

12. Browse through images in the post using the next arrow to view more highlights.

13. Show recognition by clicking the Like button under a post celebrating achievements.
