Creating OKRs
Navigate to the OKRs section in your dashboard.
Click “Create OKR”.
Set your Objective — make it SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound).
Add measurable Key Results (minimum 1, max 5).
Tag the relevant Impact Fields to link this goal with business outcomes.
Set start and end dates, and assign the OKR to yourself or a team.
Using Evalbot to Generate OKRs
Click “Help me write it with Evalbot”.
Evalbot analyzes your role, recent feedback, past OKRs, and priorities.
It suggests well-structured OKRs aligned with organizational goals.
You can accept, edit, or regenerate suggestions.
Managing OKRs
Use the Progress Tracker to view real-time updates on Key Results.
Log check-ins and progress notes.
Receive automated reminders for updates and end-of-cycle reviews.
AI-Powered Insights
Evalbot forecasts OKR completion likelihood based on trends.
You’ll get alerts for stalled or at-risk objectives.
Suggestions appear to optimize wording, timelines, or stretch goals.
Team & Alignment Features
Link personal OKRs to team and company goals (cascading OKRs).
Use cross-functional tagging to align collaborative efforts.
Managers can view OKR dashboards by department or individual.
Managers can draft full evaluations with Evalbot.
Input brief observations or feedback, and receive a polished, structured evaluation.
