How To Create Feedback as a Manager

1. Navigate to the Feedback section to manage or review feedback for your team.

2. Return to the Dashboard to access an overview of key performance and feedback metrics.

3. Click a feedback entry to review details provided to a specific team member.

4. Select your feedback recipient from the dropdown list in the New Feedback form.

5. Choose the colleague who will receive your feedback by clicking their name.

6. Assign an Impact Field to categorize how the feedback relates to the employee's contribution.

7. Open the rating dropdown to select a performance rating for your feedback.

8. Enter or edit your feedback in the provided text area, referencing assistant suggestions as needed.

9. Select a rating that reflects the employee’s recent performance, such as Excellent for outstanding results.

10. Click Feedback Assistant to access AI-powered suggestions for crafting effective feedback.
