How to submit a Recognition
1. Navigate to the Recognitions section to manage or submit employee recognitions.

2. Click on the Give Recognition button to begin the process of acknowledging a colleague.

3. Review past recognition messages for examples or inspiration before submitting your own.

4. Select the colleague you want to recognize from the Recipient dropdown menu.

6. Choose the specific colleague to receive the recognition.

7. Continue by confirming your choice of recipient for this recognition.

8. Pick an Impact Field that best represents the contribution being acknowledged, such as Team Collaboration and Leadership.

9. Alternatively, select Customer Satisfaction if that best reflects the recognized achievement.

10. Select a recognition category like Demonstrating strong leadership or teamwork skills to provide specific context.

11. You can also select Consistently delivers high-quality work if it aligns better with the colleague's achievement.

13. Click Enhance to automatically improve the clarity or impact of your recognition comment.

14. Enter a thoughtful comment to personalize your recognition message.
