# How to submit a Recognition

## [Submit Employee Recognition for a Colleague](https://app.arcade.software/share/23GEyI9sENk9NZGAE8Pp)

#### 1. Navigate to the Recognitions section to manage or submit employee recognitions.

#### 2. Click on the Give Recognition button to begin the process of acknowledging a colleague.

#### 3. Review past recognition messages for examples or inspiration before submitting your own.

#### 4. Select the colleague you want to recognize from the Recipient dropdown menu.
